About the apartments and their equipment
Are you a hotel or are you apartments?
We are apartments with hotel services. This means that you will have the independence and comforts of a full apartment (with kitchen and washing machine) but with hotel advantages, such as 24-hour reception and cleaning (check frequency).
What is included in the kitchen? Do I have to bring anything?
The kitchen is fully equipped. It includes a ceramic hob, microwave, kettle, fridge, and all the necessary utensils (dishes, cutlery, pots, pans). You don’t need to bring anything to cook or prepare your meals.
Do the apartments have a washing machine?
Yes, all the apartments include a washing machine, a huge advantage for long stays or for traveling with children.
2. About the services and the location
I see that you are in front of the Hotel Agua Azul. Can we use their facilities?
Not exactly. The Hotel Agua Azul is an adults-only hotel (+16). However, by staying at the San Jaime Center Suites, you will have special pricing access to the breakfast buffet and restaurant at Agua Azul, on a half-board or full-board basis. Ask at reception for this option.
Are you a good option for long stays?
Of course! The presence of a full kitchen and washing machine makes us an ideal option for stays of several weeks or even months, as you can maintain your independence and routine as if you were at home.
Where are you exactly? Is it central?
We are in an unbeatable location in the heart of Benidorm: at 14 Via Emilio Ortuño. You are just 250 meters from Levante Beach and about 400 meters from the old town. You will have shops, restaurants, and bars just a few steps away.
